Job Details
- Route Type: Local Deliveries
- Freight: Corrugated materials, foam products, and wood pallets
- Equipment: CDL A equipment
- Handling: Load and unload freight, operate pallet jacks, lift gates, and forklifts when needed
Key Responsibilities
- Transport materials throughout the local area
- Safely operate CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete delivery paperwork
- Maintain communication with dispatch and follow assigned delivery schedules while providing excellent customer service
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
