Job Details
This CDL A delivery driver role is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, and pays $25 per hour. You will run local routes within approximately a 150-mile radius of Little Rock and return home daily. This TransForce driving opportunity offers consistent local work, Monday through Friday scheduling, and support from a dedicated TransForce team.
This role involves heavy-touch freight, including sorting product. Drivers must be able to operate lift gates, hand trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
Pay & Schedule
- $25 per hour
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Monday through Friday with no weekends
- First shift, typically starting between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver general freight throughout an approximately 150-mile radius of Little Rock.
- Complete approximately 10 to 15 stops per day.
- Load and unload heavy-touch freight using lift gates, hand trucks, and electric pallet jacks.
- Sort and segregate product as needed.
- Operate automatic transmission trucks on assigned local delivery routes.
- Complete vehicle inspections, delivery paperwork, and required delivery records.
- Verify deliveries and communicate with dispatch about route or delivery needs.
What You Need
- Valid CDL A
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Ability to safely load, unload, sort, and deliver freight.
- Ability to safely operate a lift gate, hand truck, and electric pallet jack.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
