Local & Digital Marketing AssociateBritish Swim School is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Local & Digital Marketing Associate to lead both community-based marketing efforts and digital campaign execution. This role is responsible for building local partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and managing marketing campaigns across email, SMS, website, social media, and paid digital channels. This person will help bridge local relationship-building with modern digital execution by coordinating with internal teams, corporate partners, website vendors, social media partners, and digital advertising partners to ensure campaigns are launched effectively, tracked properly, and optimized for performance.
This role builds on the local marketing focus around events, partnerships, and community presence, while expanding ownership of digital campaigns and performance tracking.Your responsibilities will include:Local Marketing & Community Partnerships:Plan and coordinate local marketing initiatives, events, and outreach efforts that increase brand awareness and generate leadsBuild and maintain partnerships with schools, parent groups, PTAs, local businesses, community organizations, and other referral sourcesRepresent British Swim School at local events, networking opportunities, community functions, and promotional activitiesIdentify opportunities for grassroots marketing, sponsorships, brand collaborations, and local visibilityHelp execute local promotions and community campaigns that align with enrollment goals and seasonal prioritiesDigital Marketing Campaign Management:Manage the creation, coordination, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, website, and social mediaWrite and edit marketing copy for campaigns, ads, landing pages, promotional messages, and customer-facing communicationsCoordinate campaign calendars, creative assets, approvals, and launch timelines across multiple channelsSupport campaign execution with digital marketing and advertising partners to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and launched on timeWork with corporate website partners and digital vendors to update website content, promotions, landing pages, and key messagingAssist with social media planning, content coordination, publishing schedules, and brand consistencyVendor, Partner & Website Coordination:Serve as a key point of contact for local marketing execution with corporate support teams and external marketing partnersManage relationships and communication with website vendors, digital spend partners, social media partners, and other marketing service providersSubmit requests, track deliverables, follow up on timelines, and ensure projects move forward efficientlyHelp maintain consistency between local promotions, national branding, website messaging, and digital campaign executionPerformance Tracking & Reporting:Track campaign results across email, SMS, paid digital, website, social media, and local marketing initiativesMonitor and analyze key performance metrics such as leads, conversions, traffic, engagement, cost per lead, and ROIProvide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, marketing spend, and areas for improvementUse data to recommend optimizations to messaging, audience targeting, channel performance, and local outreach effortsHelp ensure campaigns and marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and enrollment targetsQualifications/Requirements:2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a role that includes both local/community marketing and digital marketing executionBachelor degree RequiredStrong experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channelsExperience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, website updates, social media coordination, and digital ad supportStrong copywriting and communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling marketing messagesAbility to manage multiple projects, vendors, deadlines, and campaign timelines at onceComfortable analyzing performance data and translating results into actionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working with outside partners, agencies, or corporate support teams preferredPassion for community engagement, customer experience, and mission-driven marketingPassion for water safety, swimming, and community engagement.Flexible work from home options available.Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWorking at British Swim School is more than just a job; it's a chance to create a lasting impact that could change a child's life.As part of the British Swim School Team, you play a role in your local community, empowering others and sharing your passion.
