LoanIQ Business AnalystLocation: New York City – 5 days/week onsiteWe are seeking a skilled LoanIQ Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge of LoanIQ and syndicated/corporate lending operations. The candidate will work closely with operations, technology, and business stakeholders to support system enhancements, process improvements, issue resolution, and transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements related to LoanIQ modules.Translate operational needs into functional specifications.Conduct gap analysis between current and target processes.Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.Strong working knowledge of LoanIQ modules including:Deal SetupDrawdownsInterest & Fee ProcessingPaymentsAgency functionsAccounting entriesSupport configuration and parameter changes in LoanIQ.Work closely with IT teams for enhancements and defect fixes.Partner with loan operations teams to resolve production issues.Analyze root causes of system/process defects.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).Identify automation opportunities.Assist in reconciliations and regulatory reporting alignment.Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.Communicate project updates and risks effectively.Improve STP (Straight Through Processing).Contribute to operating model transformation initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with LoanIQ.Good understanding of:Loan lifecycleInterest calculationsAccrualsAgency servicingAccounting flowsExperience in writing BRD/FRD.Knowledge of SQL (preferred but optional).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in UAT and defect management.
