This role involves transaction processing, reconciliations, and working closely with internal teams, lenders, and clients to ensure accurate loan servicing and compliance with credit agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for client servicingProcess loan transactions including fundings, payments, and repricingPerform daily reconciliations of cash transactions and ledgersCalculate and track interest and fee accrualsInterpret credit agreements and legal documentationInitiate and reconcile fund movements as per client/lender instructionsMonitor and escalate exceptions (principal, interest, fees)Maintain margin changes and communicate with stakeholdersSupport quality control for new deals, restructures, and amendmentsAssist with reporting, system testing, and administrative tasksRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong client servicing and communication skills (ability to interact with senior stakeholders/C-level)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and within a team environmentGeneral to intermediate accounting knowledgeProactive mindset with ability to think outside the boxPreferred QualificationsUndergraduate degree (Finance or related field preferred)Exposure to loan servicing / syndicated loans / legal documentationDisqualifiersPoor communication skillsLack of motivation or interest in the roleIdeal Candidate ProfileEntry-level finance candidate with strong communication skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWilling to learn and grow within loan servicing / banking operations
