To support the Loss Mitigation department, the full-time Loan Processor I - IL Licensed will manage a pipeline of loan applications, correspond with parties regarding required documents, and ensure timely delivery of completed loan packages while adhering to regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities Manage a pipeline of files within required timelines and protocols Correspond with all parties regarding required documents and timeframes, including outside vendors Prepare and review loan packages for accuracy and ensure timely delivery to specialists Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 - 2 years working knowledge of loan origination processing Proficient with Microsoft applications and loan servicing platforms Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Effective verbal and written communication skills
