Experienced Mortgage Loan ProcessorReliance First Capital, a dynamic and leading mortgage banker, is seeking an experienced mortgage loan processor to join our organization.Position OverviewThe loan processor will work in support of and in conjunction with the sales and underwriting staff, acting as a liaison to ensure accurate and compliant documents are processed from loan submission through the funding process.Essential Job FunctionsVerify data entry of application in LOS against submitted documentationVerify income and assets documentation are complete and compliant to established guidelinesRun AUS (DO, DU or LP)Request third party stips as requiredOrder FHA case number, CAIVRS, LDP/GSA searches through FHA ConnectionOrder flood certOrder title/tax cert/surveyOrder payoff, pay histories, VOR/VOM as neededOrder subordination of mortgage as neededVerify income docs, recalculate income to confirm figures are correctReview appraisal against title for accuracy of property descriptionReview title. Work with the title officer to clear judgments/liensVerify real estate taxes are paid to date.
