What You’ll Do

• Support Loan Officers throughout the loan process
• Communicate directly with borrowers regarding documentation and loan updates
• Review and organize income, asset, and credit documents
• Prepare loan applications and maintain file accuracy
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers
• Help ensure smooth and timely closings
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan journey

Qualifications

• Mortgage experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Customer-service mindset
• LOS experience preferred
• NMLS license is a plus
