Job SummaryDirector, Commercial Real Estate Debt OriginationLocation: Dallas, TXThe OpportunityMacdonald & Company is partnered with a rapidly growing, highly capitalized regulated lender that is expanding its Commercial Real Estate platform across the US.The firm is now looking to establish its presence in Dallas and is seeking an experienced CRE debt originator to help build the market.The platform combines the stability and liquidity of a regulated bank with the speed, flexibility and entrepreneurial approach of private credit. This is an opportunity to originate across a broad range of transactions while playing a key role in growing the firm's presence in Texas.The RoleThe Director will focus on sourcing, structuring and closing new CRE loans across Texas and the wider US.This is a true origination role.
