Loan Origination AnalystThe Loan Origination Analyst will play a crucial operational and administrative support role for our Account Executives. This is a detail-oriented, proactive position focused on ensuring a seamless and prompt loan processing experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities include managing all required documentation, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting the overall backend workflow. This position is strictly non-sales, with no direct involvement in client origination.What you will do:Organize, track, and maintain comprehensive loan files from application through closing, supporting Loan Officers throughout the processCollect, review, and upload necessary documentation into internal systems, ensuring compliance and file completenessPerform data entry, status updates, and conduct loan file audits within CRM and Loan Origination System (LOS) platformsPrepare detailed summaries and reports to facilitate borrower updates and internal team coordinationServe as the primary liaison between internal underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure smooth progression of the loan lifecycleMonitor and manage team email communications, follow-up tasks, and operational checklists efficientlyStay current on company policies, underwriting guidelines, and all required loan documentation standardsAssist with documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all repeatable loan support functionsSupport and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the departmentStep in to support additional responsibilities as business needs evolveSalary Range: $40,000 + variable cash compensation componentWhat you will bring to the table:High school diploma or GED equivalent2 years of professional experience in loan processing, financial services, or general administrative operationsDemonstrated proficiency with productivity tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (e.g., Salesforce)Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in frequent professional phone and email correspondenceExceptional analytical and organizational skills, characterized by a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolutionA self-motivated individual capable of working independently while simultaneously contributing effectively to a collaborative team environmentWhat we prefer to find:5 years of professional experience in administrative operations, financial services, or loan processingExperience in mortgage lending and/or real estateAssociate or bachelor's degree in business or a related fieldWhat we look for in all our employees:A demonstrated track record of winning; we never stop at "just enough"An insatiable eagerness to continuously learn and to be coached; we are lifelong learners and always make ourselves available to others to teach us something newA possession of strong entrepreneurial spirit; we have a burning passion for building something great out of nothingA big vision for themselves and those around them; we always strive to be the best version of ourselves and help those around us do the sameAn unwavering sense of integrity; an individual who roots oneself with a core belief that how one does anything is how one does everythingAdditional Information:Leverage Companies is an equal opportunity and an E-verify employer.
