We’re Hiring: Loan Operations Specialist – Chicago, IL
Are you detail-oriented, enjoy working with complex financial data, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Loan Operations Specialist to join a leading financial institution!
What You’ll Do:
- Initiate loan activity including fundings, repricings, and payments
- Track and calculate complex interest and fee accruals
- Reconcile daily funding and payment transactions
- Interpret legal credit agreements and collaborate with attorneys as needed
- Monitor overdue principal, interest, and fees, ensuring accurate loan accounting
- Communicate margin changes to the bank group
- Support administrative tasks related to Credit Agreements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong account management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Syndicated loan experience is a big plus
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents
- Accounting experience is a bonus
