Loan Operations SpecialistThe Loan Operations Specialist performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with loan servicing that may include scanning and filing documents, loan boarding, processing.Responsibilities:Processes and boards incoming loan packagesMaintains loan files and recordsPrepares various reportsReviews documents for and reports for completeness and accuracyPerforms mathematical calculations and disbursement of escrow accountsProvides a high level of customer service for internal and external customersReports issues to bank personnel, sends notifications, reports progress, quotas, collection items and updates listsQualifications:High School diploma or GED2 years experience in loan servicing, or knowledge and experience in 2 or more major functions in loan servicingPreferred: Certification in insurance servicingSkills:Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructionsLifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.ANBTX strongly encourages candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish to apply.
