Loan Operations Senior Supervisor Bilingual Chinese

Salary: $75000 – $90000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Department Manager with daily operational functions and departmental administration.
• Supervise Loan Operations staff and workflow in the Manager's absence.
• Train new employees and cross-train backup team members.
• Perform escrow analysis and administration, including to ensure the timely and accurate disbursement of property taxes and insurance premiums, reconciling escrow accounts, resolving escrow-related exceptions, and maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Prepare/reconcile month-end reporting, including mortgage and Fannie Mae reporting requirements.
• Review incoming correspondence and loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Head Office on core system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
• Process loan transactions, maintain loan records and files.
• Respond to inquiries regarding syndicated loans from business teams and agent banks.
• Process Treasury Operations transactions

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
• Five to seven years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual (English/Chinese) skills.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to read and comprehend English instructions, correspondence, and memoranda.
