This is a six-month contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Sioux City, Iowa (Hybrid).Key Responsibilities:Location: Onsite Remote / Missouri or Dallas (Preferred)Project-related work may include evenings, weekends, and late-night support activities.During implementation events, work may extend to midnight or later depending on project requirements.During non-travel and non-implementation periods, the schedule is generally a standard business day (approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Loan OperationsPaymentSilverLake or private equityExperience in loan back-office operationsStrong understanding of loan parameters and configurationPayment posting knowledgeEscrow administration experienceAbility to support testing, implementation, and operational validation activitiesCore banking conversion experienceSilverLakeBanking industry experienceExperience with a Jack Henry core banking platform, including one or more of the following:SilverLake (Preferred)CIF 20/20 (Secondary Preference)Core Director (Tertiary Preference)SymitarStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious core conversion or bank merger experienceExperience supporting system implementations, testing, and client readiness activitiesExpected travel: 1-2 trips per monthAverage trip duration: 6-9 daysTravel frequency and duration may vary based on project phase and implementation schedules
