Job Title: Loan Operation Rep I
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246 or Greenville, SC 29607
Duration: 6-month assignment (potential for extension based on performance and business needs)
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, Mon- Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM
Work Model: Hybrid, 4 days on site, 1 day remote

Summary:
  • Responsible for applying payments to loans, making approval or rejection decisions, and handling related administrative duties.
Must Have Skills:
  • 2 years of Banking/ Financial institute experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 2 years of Loans experience.
  • High School Diploma.
Soft Skills:
  • Communication skills- written and verbal.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organization skills.
Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background:
  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in loan processing and servicing is preferred.
