We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our lending team and help ensure a smooth, efficient loan process for our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You Will Do:
Application Management: Input loan applications accurately and efficiently.
File Review: Review borrower credit and income to verify they meet product guidelines.
Document Coordination: Request, gather, organize, and upload borrower documentation into Encompass .
Compliance & Disclosures: Request disclosures through the appropriate systems and ensure timely delivery.
Third-Party Orders: Order appraisals and title work as needed.
Communication: Proactively follow up with clients, realtors, and team members via phone, email, and text to ensure a smooth file flow and "best-in-class" service
What You Need:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of mortgage lending or processing experience required .
Product Knowledge: Experience with various loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA ) preferred.
Systems Proficiency: Proficiency with Encompass, DU, LP, and GUS is required .
Tech Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, prompt approach to customer service.
