Other duties may be assigned.TOP 3 Job Duties:Provide WoW service Contract to CloseManage the PipelineDocument review/UpdatesWorks with operations partners in all aspects of the loan process to the closing.Coordinates with realtors and title company to arrange the closingCommunicates with agents to deliver Tuesday Updates verbal and writtenTakes loan applications and discloses to client on behalf of LO with updated needs listMaintains regular contact with Managing Loan Officer on status of all active filesOrganizes and submits final loan file to MS within 24 hrs. of receipt.Discuss UHM products, terms and costs with borrowerComplete VOR, VOE and tax transcripts as neededOrder title, appraisal on filesWork with client & processor to facilitate gathering n submission of all conditionsPipeline management with processor and team weekly meetingsPre Close checklist with client 48 hours prior to closingAttend weekly huddle with LOA Team leaderAttend all Sales HuddlesQualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE3+ years experience as a licensed loan assistant or processorThis position requires that all licensing requirements are met per the SAFE ActSKILLSBe structured, detailed and accurate in his/her approach to tasksKnowledge of the Encompass LOS and MS office suiteKnowledge of agency guidelines on FHA/VA/USDA/CONV/HFAKnowledge of RESPA and disclosure requirementsAbility to identify and resolve client issues with good judgment.Have a desire to work in an energetic and high paced environmentSkilled at Multi-tasking and staying organized with proper time managementCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSLoan Officer License in the state you do businessThis employer participates in E-Verify.
