In this role, you will help gather and verify borrower documentation, prepare complete loan files, and coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to keep loans moving on schedule. You’ll communicate regularly with borrowers, realtors, and internal partners, provide status updates, and ensure files meet company and regulatory guidelines.
