Join us and be part of a professional and mission-driven organization that makes a meaningful impact on the lives of Idahoans.In This Role, You Will:Collect and follow up on outstanding loan documentation and conditionsReview documentation for completeness and submit conditions for underwritingOrder and track appraisals, title work, employment verifications, insurance, and other third-party servicesMaintain accurate loan files, documentation, and status updates within the loan origination systemCoordinate assumption and release of liability requests from intake through completionProvide borrowers with timely updates, documentation requirements, and next stepsOther job duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred1–2 years of mortgage lending experience requiredPrevious loan processing experience preferredKnowledge of mortgage lending, regulations, liens, and related processesStrong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detailComfortable using computer systems to enter, access, and maintain financial information
