Loan Documentation Specialist I

Loan Documentation Specialist ITulsa, OKCreate loan documents and perform pre-documentation and post-documentation reviews on non-complex consumer and commercial loan requests by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining loan files under established procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare standard consumer and commercial loan documents on non-complex loan requests using approved templatesAssist with pre-documentation file reviews for completeness and accuracyPerform post-documentation activities including imaging, indexing, and file maintenanceTrack receipt of executed loan documents and trailing itemsRespond to routine internal inquiries related to loan documentation statusIdentify documentation exceptions and escalate as appropriateEducation And/Or Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred0–2 years of banking, loan operations, or documentation experienceBasic understanding of loan documentation and filing requirementsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Attention to detailTime managementDocument accuracyWillingness to learnPhysical Requirements:Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer workstationFrequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding, data entry, and handling documentsAbility to view computer screens for prolonged periods with close visual attention to detailOccasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching within the office environmentAbility to lift and carry files or office materials weighing up to 25 poundsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by telephone, and via electronic communicationThese physical requirements are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
