Managing the end-to-end closing process for commercial real estate loans, the full-time remote Oregon Licensed Loan Closer will prepare loan documents, coordinate title and escrow, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage a pipeline of transactions, ensuring timely closings while coordinating with title, escrow, and legal teams Review and analyze title reports and policies to assess risks and ensure compliance with collateral requirements Prepare and send accurate loan documents and funding wire packages, maintaining records and tracking pipeline status Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred At least 6 months of experience in commercial real estate finance, including loan document preparation and title analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, and cloud platforms like Box and OneDrive Experience with commercial real estate title reviews, surveys, and legal due diligence Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
