Loan AdministratorOur client has a temporary to possible permanent opportunity for a Loan Administrator at their corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in processing commercial or consumer loans, collateral exposure, requirements for consumer/commercial closing, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge in FIS Horizon or similar processing system preferred.This role will comply and prepare loan documents and packages for loan closing, assist with scheduling loan closings, coordinate the receipt for loan packages, monitor overall loan processing cycle, enter data in core loan data systems, track collateral documents and exceptions, verify proper loan approvals and waivers, while adhering to all policies, procedures, processes, practices, guidelines, expectations, laws, and regulations.
Position will also track the loan file progress to ensure compliance and timely closings are met.Once converted to a permanent employee, company offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
