Overview
We're hiring Loader/Unloaders to support the Receiving area at Bella + Canvas. This role focuses on unloading and moving fabric rolls and assisting with inventory/cycle count support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload rolls of fabric and place them on pallets for wrapping
- Palletize and stage materials for processing/shipping
- Move product to the floor and assist other departments as needed (including cycle count support)
- Load/unload materials safely and efficiently
- Follow site safety rules and maintain a clean work area
- General warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Able to work reliably on a fast-paced warehouse team
- Comfortable with loading/unloading and repetitive movement
- Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Role is classified as Tier 3 (up to 30 lbs) physical demand
- Standing/walking throughout shift; frequent bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying
