Loader Painter
A structural steel company that fabricates steel stairs and hand rails for commercial and institutional buildings, is looking for an experienced overhead crane operator to join their team as a Loader Painter on 2nd shift.
Loader Painter Responsibilities:
- Operate an overhead crane to load and unload large steel products
- Read pull lists and pull required materials
- Moving and staging wood and steel products to proper locations
- Load trailers to customer specifications in a safe and secure manner
- Mark material with proper paint colors
- Spray paint materials to specifications
- Conduct paint thickness testing
Schedule & Pay:
- 2nd shift 4:00pm-3:00am plus additional OT as required
- $22.00/HR
Loader Painter Qualifications:
- Overhead crane experience is required
- Industrial (spray) painting experience is required
- Blueprint reading is a plus but not required
- Attention to details
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Able to be walk/stand for the duration of the shift
- Able to do physical work for the duration of the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
