Job Summary

B&A is seeking a LMS-SAAS Software Systems Engineer to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources Management (HRM) Applications Information Technology (IT) Sustainment Support effort. This is an off-site position with periodic support for meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. • Anticipated Award : December 2026
• Anticipated Start : January 2027
• Period of Performance : 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years
• Salary Range : $145,000–$190,000
• Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security requirements, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Location

• Off-Site / Contractor Place of Performance

Note: Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other places of performance in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define specifications for complex operating software programming applications and modify/maintain complex existing applications.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs; support operating system maintenance and software systems programming applications; evaluate software products.

Education and Experience

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with federal Human Resources IT systems.

Required Certifications

• SAP Training & Expert Accreditations (SFX), including:

• SAP SuccessFactors Platform Expert (SFX)
• SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Story Reporting Expert (SFX)

• Active Secret clearance, adjudicated within the last five (5) years
