Managing the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), the fully remote LMS Coordinator will execute routine administration tasks, produce multimedia educational content, and support instructional design projects under the guidance of senior Learning & Development team members. Key responsibilities: Oversee LMS administration, including course uploads, user enrollment, and system settings configuration Edit and produce educational video content from raw recordings and maintain a centralized media library Conduct quality assurance testing on e-learning modules and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to update existing content Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional/Educational Technology, Information Systems, Digital Media/Communications, or a related field 0-1 years of experience with LMS platforms, preferably in a healthcare or clinical training environment Proficiency in basic video editing software such as TechSmith Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro Familiarity with rapid e-learning authoring tools and basic adult learning concepts Understanding of visual design principles and accessibility standards
