Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the LMS/ATS Administrator will manage user accounts, maintain LMS settings, and support users while ensuring compliance and optimizing workflows. Key responsibilities: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS, ensuring system updates and troubleshooting issues Upload and maintain e-learning courses, ensuring content is compliant and organized into structured learning paths Generate and analyze LMS reports on user engagement and compliance, identifying trends and gaps in training Required qualifications: 2-5 years of system administration experience with an LMS, with a preference for 5 years Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with project management and ability to manage projects from initiation to execution Knowledge of e-learning software such as Articulate or Captivate Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI compliance standards
