LMD Project ManagerEnglewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United StatesAbout the JobPrimary Responsibilities:Strong analytical aptitude with a validated ability to analyze/interpret data, with an emphasis on transportationExperience working with enterprise level logistics systems, such as a Transportation Management System, Yard Management Systems, or Warehouse Management System is required.Experience working Home Appliances LMD or white glove service is very desirable.Exceptional collaborator and communicator with equal skills in attention to detail and follow through.Ability to cut through complexity and help the team reach decision as issues and opportunities emerge during commercializationHelp instill a proactive culture and provide training & coaching to quickly ramp up operations.Conduct regular team meetings to analyze periodic goals and objectives. Improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and drive reliability in the supply chainCreate, develop, incorporate, and integrate needed processes into SOP. Keen sense of industry technology that will increase departmental accuracy, efficiency, and production.Requirements:Minimum of Bachelors degree.Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, and Product Life Cycle is a plusTravel required: 25%10 + years of experience in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Returns Management, or Distribution in builder market/industry Project Management software experience is required Able to work for extended hours as needed to complete the project.Strong dynamic leader who demonstrates a collaborative approach while identifying and solving issues.Track record in driving and maximizing efficiencies and effectivenessDetail oriented, extremely organized, and good time management skills - Advocate for a collaborative environment and the ability to work cross-functionally - Results driven and strong problem-solving capabilities - Value diversity and respect and understand differences - Show resilience and demonstrate adaptability - Strategic thinker, self-starter, and team player with strong interpersonal skills - Strong communication skills - verbal and written - Able to travel to customer sites with a short notice.
