We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-centric Live Chat Support Representative to join our growing global team. This entry-level position is 100% remote.
Job Summary
As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our client’s customers. Your primary objective is to deliver real-time, accurate text-based support, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction rates. You will manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while upholding the specific brand voice and guidelines of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Customer Care: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming text-based customer inquiries, troubleshooting requests, and product questions.
Multi-Chat Management: Handle 2 to 3 concurrent live chat sessions efficiently without compromising response quality or speed.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose, research, and resolve customer complaints, billing inquiries, or order status questions using internal knowledge bases.
Data Entry & Documentation: Record detailed, accurate summaries of customer interactions, feedback, and escalations in the CRM system.
Escalation Management: Route complex technical problems or specialized requests to Tier 2 support or dedicated team leads when necessary.
Brand Compliance: Adhere strictly to communication protocols, script guidelines, and specific client brand voices.
