Litigation Support Team SupervisorSupervises the litigation support team, with primary responsibility for subpoena response operations. This role is accountable for coordinating workflow, supporting team performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work. The Supervisor applies practical litigation support experience to guide staff, resolve operational issues, and promote consistent use of department procedures.

This role also requires working knowledge of AmTrust's corporate structure, management roles, information storage systems, mission, values, and organizational standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervises litigation support team members and coordinates staffing, priorities, workflow, and team accountability to meet operational objectives.Oversees daily subpoena response operations, including accurate tracking and maintenance of records for legal papers and subpoenas served on U.S.-based AmTrust entities.Trains and guides team members on subpoena responses involving varied, sensitive, or confidential information, including appropriate use of eDiscovery tools.Applies department policies, procedures, and sound judgment to resolve operational issues and assess work quality.Monitors quality, efficiency, and timeliness, and recommends process improvements to strengthen performance and support timely, accurate subpoena responses.Supports change management, encourages feedback, and promotes consistent adoption of best practices.Supports employee selection, coaching, training, development, and performance management for assigned team members.Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired:3 or more years of litigation support experience, preferably involving subpoena response.3 or more years of experience leading or supervising team members.Ability to build effective working relationships with team members, internal stakeholders, and legal and business partners.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while coaching others and supporting operational objectives.Strong listening, written and verbal communication, and issue-resolution skills.Preferred:Paralegal certificate, J.D., or equivalent experience.Understanding of legal process, third-party discovery obligations, and subpoena response workflows.Experience with service of process and post-service handling procedures.Familiarity with eDiscovery, including collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) related to litigation and subpoenas.Experience with Excel, macros, and data analytics.What We OfferAmTrust Financial Services offers a competitive compensation package and excellent career advancement opportunities.
