- In a deadline-driven environment, physical and electronic document management includes electronic uploads and download of files, scanning multiple documents, large volume printing, shipping & packaging of hard copy transcripts.
- E-Discovery work flow often includes receiving, storing, connecting and client drives for the team to be able to remote in and work.
- Create professional copies of court transcripts and exhibits.
- Assemble and package legal files for shipment.
- Hard copy & e-mail exhibit management.
- Coordinate with other departments to retrieve documents in a timely manner.
- Establishing and maintaining quality control to ensure work accuracy.
- Organize and maintain existing hard copy exhibits based on retention policies.
- Connect hard drives timely to an assigned computer based on e-discovery protocol when needed.
Requirements
