Duties
- Conduct legal research and draft motions.
- Argue motions in court and manage discovery processes.
- Participate in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance and construction claims.
- Manage a team of paralegals and support staff.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in mediation, arbitration, and insurance claims preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven track record in settling cases.
Education
- JD from an ABA-approved law school.
Certifications
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
