Duties
- Litigate cases as part of a team, including conducting court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
- Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights, andDISCLAIMERS.
- Communicate directly with clients, providing timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle.
Requirements
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 7+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience.
- JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Admission to the New York State Bar.
