What You'll Do
Manage complex litigation files in state and federal courts
Draft and respond to discovery
Review and summarize case records
Analyze case files and prepare detailed summaries for attorneys
Coordinate with clients, experts, consultants, vendors, and other litigation stakeholders
Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and demonstrative evidence
Track deadlines and maintain case management systems
What We're Looking For
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Trial experience required
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
Strong document review, analysis, and case management experience within a litigation environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
