Overview

Litigation Paralegal (Long‑Term Care Defense) — Remote-first position with preference for candidates located in Tennessee .

Make an impact supporting complex long‑term care liability matters. You’ll work closely with attorneys across the full litigation lifecycle—from early discovery through trial prep—while enjoying the autonomy of a remote-first environment.

What you’ll do

  • Draft, review, and organize litigation documents (pleadings, discovery requests/responses).
  • Compile/manage discovery and maintain well-structured case files.
  • Docket deadlines and track case activity.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and vendors to gather records and evidence.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (long‑term care defense ideal; plaintiff-side experience considered).
  • Paralegal certificate preferred (not required).
  • Excellent organization and time management; self-starter in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word , OneDrive , and SharePoint ; eDiscovery experience is a plus.
