Overview
RAK Law is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. This is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) that is primarily remote, with required in-office presence twice per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, file, and manage motions, answers, and responses
- Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
- Respond to discovery requests (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, etc.)
- Conduct legal research and case investigations
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring court-ordered deadlines are met
- Draft correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and other reports as needed
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Provide trial support, including attending court sessions and recording case information
Qualifications
- Certified Paralegal (CP) through the National Association of Legal Assistants
- Certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies from an accredited institution
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 3 years’ litigation paralegal experience
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Experience with Lexis and strong legal research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and the Florida court system
- Strong organizational skills with experience in document management
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
