You enjoy supporting attorneys through the litigation process and making sure clients feel cared for, informed, and protected. You are obsessive about details, and the thought of missing a deadline gives you nightmares.

You are comfortable drafting pleadings and discovery, managing deadlines, coordinating depositions and mediations, and keeping cases moving forward efficiently. You do your best work in person, face to face with your team and your clients, and you are excited to help shape the culture of a growing office. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.Position OverviewAs a Paralegal in our Deerfield Beach office, you will play a key role in our Litigation Department, managing personal injury files from the suit-pending phase through resolution. Our Deerfield Beach office is not yet open. Initial training may be conducted remotely with our Fort Myers team, and this position will transition to primarily in-office once the Deerfield Beach office opens.

You will work alongside a dedicated Litigation Case Manager and your supervising attorney as part of a case team, while collaborating closely with our Fort Myers team.
