LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Raleigh that is looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation
- Draft, revise, and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and court filings
- Handle state and federal e-filing
- Manage calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial schedules
- Coordinate discovery, document production, and case management activities
- Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial
- Maintain electronic and physical case files
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
- Ensure critical deadlines and filings are accurately tracked and completed
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm
- Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures
- Experience with e-filing and litigation support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software platforms
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys is a plus
