LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its clients growing team in Raleigh, NC. This position offers the opportunity to support attorneys in a dynamic litigation practice while working alongside a collaborative and professional legal team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process
- Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions
- File documents electronically in state and federal courts
- Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial schedules
- Coordinate discovery and document production efforts
- Maintain and organize case files and litigation databases
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors
- Assist with trial preparation, witness coordination, and trial support
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys is preferred
