Litigation ParalegalProxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a Pittsburgh-based law firm to identify a Litigation Paralegal.
Responsibilities include communicating with clients and gathering case documentation, conducting legal research (Lexis, PACER), assisting with pleadings, discovery, and filings, drafting motions, correspondence, and legal documents, organizing case files, timelines, and managing deadlines, reviewing and coordinating document production, supporting trial, deposition, and arbitration preparation, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications include 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, prior defense-side trial preparation experience is required, federal court experience, and experience with litigation software.
