Direct hire position. Three days in office, two days at home. Labor & employment paralegal experience is required. Duties/responsibilities include work with litigation attorneys in complex litigation, preparation of pleadings, discovery, motions, and deposition summaries, assisting on all aspects of eDiscovery, preparation of trial exhibits and binders, federal and PA state electronic filing, and work within document management system. Must have 3+ years of labor & employment paralegal experience. Bachelor's or paralegal certificate is required.
