Litigation Paralegal – Personal InjuryWest Hollywood, CaliforniaOur client, a growing and well-established personal injury law firm, is seeking a litigation paralegal with strong civil litigation experience to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex cases, and can support attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation.Key Responsibilities:Draft, file, and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and legal documentsCoordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparationCommunicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel regarding case updates and deadlinesOrganize and maintain case files, evidence, and litigation documentsAssist attorneys with discovery responses, trial binders, exhibits, and courtroom preparationEnsure compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and litigation proceduresQualifications:3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injuryStrong understanding of state and federal court proceduresExperience with discovery, calendaring, and trial preparationExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency with legal software and case management systemsParalegal certificate or related degree preferredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation: $30–$45+/hour DOEMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)PTO and career growth opportunitiesCollaborative and team-oriented work environment
