This is a unique opportunity for a paralegal with general litigation experience who is looking to expand their skill set and receive hands-on training in securities litigation.Requirements for Litigation Paralegal:Undergraduate degree and ABA approved paralegal certificate5+ experience working as a litigation Paralegal for a law firmFundamental proficiency in online research and internet resources (Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw and equivalents)CA State and Federal Litigation skills with an excellent working knowledge of legal documents and court rulesFundamental proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as use of database software such as Summation, Concordance and/or RelativitySalary range: 90-115k.
