A leading New York law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented litigation professional with strong cite-checking, Bluebook, and legal technology skills to support attorneys on complex litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
Provide litigation support throughout all phases of litigation, including trial preparation.
Perform cite checking and Bluebook citation review for briefs, memoranda, and other legal filings.
Assist with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and filing legal documents.
Manage discovery materials, document productions, and case files using Relativity.
Support attorneys with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, and other case-related projects.
Track deadlines and coordinate litigation tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Prior commercial litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
Hands-on experience with cite checking, Bluebook citation rules, and Relativity is required.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal document preparation.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with attorneys and legal teams.
Compensation: Up to $140,000, depending on experience. xhqgsiq
