This is an excellent opportunity for a long-term team member who wants to grow with a collaborative and expanding legal team.Location: Fort LauderdaleFull-time | Onsite to start, with hybrid flexibility possible after proven performance.Practice Areas:Insurance DefenseConstruction Defect LitigationClaims LitigationPromissory NotesGeneral Construction Defense MattersResponsibilities:Manage litigation files from inception through trial preparationDraft, prepare, and file legal documentsCoordinate discovery, subpoenas, and document productionMaintain litigation calendars and deadlinesAssist attorneys with hearings, mediations, and trial preparationCommunicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counselOrganize exhibits, pleadings, and case filesQualifications:Required:Prior Litigation Paralegal experienceExperience in insurance defense or construction litigation preferredBilingual English/Spanish requiredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesTech-savvy with strong attention to detailStable work history with interest in long-term growthPreferred:Experience working in boutique law firmsFamiliarity with fast-paced litigation environmentsCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $60,000 – $120,000 DOEFully paid health insuranceDiscretionary bonus opportunitiesCareer growth within a rapidly expanding firm
