Litigation Paralegal | Charleston/Greenville, SC | $70,000 to $80,000/year
What you will do:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial preparation.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents for attorney review.
- E-file documents in state and federal courts and ensure compliance with applicable court rules and filing deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 1-5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines effectively.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
