Litigation Legal AssistantLocation: San Diego, CASalary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 annuallyEmployment Type: Full-Time | Direct HireFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSchedule: HybridAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to multiple litigation attorneys. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of legal cases through document preparation, case coordination, calendaring, and communication with clients and court personnel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment while handling sensitive information with discretion.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Draft, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responsesElectronically file documents with state and federal courts in compliance with deadlines and proceduresServe as a point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendorsRespond to inquiries and relay messages accurately to attorneysManage attorney calendars including court dates, depositions, client meetings, and deadlinesSchedule and confirm appointments with clients, witnesses, and court reportersPrepare expense reports and assist with billing-related documentationMonitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completionPerform additional administrative duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm or similar environmentExperience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced settingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with legal document management systems such as iManage preferredStrong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and proceduresExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsBenefits:401(k) retirement planProfit sharing programComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentHybrid work arrangementEqual Opportunity Employer: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
