This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom, enjoys managing complex matters, and wants to play an integral role in developing litigation strategy from case intake through resolution. This position offers significant responsibility, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to contribute to cases involving complex personal injury and healthcare related claims. Manage litigation matters through every stage of the case lifecycle. Lead written discovery efforts, including drafting requests, responding to discovery, and reviewing produced documents. Develop litigation strategies and evaluate liability, damages, and case value. Collaborate with medical experts, consultants, and other litigation professionals. Six to eight years of litigation experience. Significant Arizona state court litigation experience. Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage litigation while collaborating with a broader trial team. Medical malpractice litigation. Personal injury litigation.
