A highly respected South Florida law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Associate with 4–12+ years of sophisticated litigation experience to join its growing practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and/or land use matters who is ready to take meaningful ownership of sophisticated cases and work directly with clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex litigation matters from discovery through resolution
- Handle written discovery, document production, and privilege review
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Handle summary judgment and other court proceedings
- Attend administrative hearings, public meetings, and proceedings as needed
- Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, government officials, and boards
- Manage a sophisticated and varied caseload
What We're Looking For
- 4–12+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in complex commercial, real estate, and/or land use litigation
- Strong litigation, discovery, motion practice, research, and writing skills
- Ability to independently manage matters and deadlines
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
