A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its litigation team in Downtown Los Angeles. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an expanding practice that provides a wide range of litigation services across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Draft and argue discovery, dispositive, and class certification motions.
- Prepare pleadings and manage document production.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Assist in both jury and bench trials.
- Engage in client counseling and case management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product liability and toxic tort litigation.
- Experience in asbestos, talc, and/or silica litigation preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
California Bar admission required.
